If you choose to use the App to assist with fitness activities, workouts, training, or any physical activities, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility. The App is not designed to provide medical advice or fitness guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers, owners, and operators of the Cadence App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or harm during activities where the App is used
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the App's functionality
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's services
• Any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the App

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

The Cadence.Fitness collects minimal data necessary for its operation:

• Standard Google Analytics data (app usage, session duration, etc.)
• Technical information required for the App to function properly

We do not collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII). The App does not require user accounts, registration, or the submission of any personal details.

3. Local Storage

Any settings or preferences you configure within the App are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

The app uses one cookie to preserve the value of the interval set by the user upon pressing the start button. This allows the app to remember your preference the next time you use it.
